During 2015-2016 he was a visiting PhD student at BioMedIA, in the Department of Computing from Imperial College London, UK. Several years of work experience as Project Manager R&D in IT and Healthcare. Former President of Innovation Forum Imperial College London, has participated in +15 peer-reviewed journal publications, patents and books.

PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the Ophthalmic Technology Laboratory (OTL), UniBern.
+15 years of professional experience. Focus on OCT (hardware & software), slit-lamps, computer vision & real-time systems integration. Creator of the OpenTK library for computer graphic.

Dr. Sandro De Zanet, PhD
PhD & Research engineer for image processing & Machine Learning in ophthalmology (Fundus, OCT, MRI) and TEM images.
+10 years professional working experience. Post-Doc at Computer Vision Laboratory EPFL. Experience in Stereo vision and computer vision.
